DGOOC Tumor Orthopaedics Course 2026 – Berlin

The DGOOC Tumor Orthopaedics Course will take place from 5–7 November 2026 in Berlin and is part of the course series in “Special Orthopaedic Surgery.” It is aimed at orthopaedic and trauma surgery specialists who wish to deepen their knowledge in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of bone and soft‑tissue tumours.

The course covers tumour‑like lesions, benign and malignant bone tumours, current strategies in sarcoma treatment, and the management of bone metastases. In addition, hands‑on workshops complement the programme by reinforcing key clinical topics with practical training.

Successful participation in the course is an important component in preparing for the examination in “Special Orthopaedic Surgery” and is a required step toward earning the designation of “Tumour Orthopaedist.” Participant numbers are limited.
