2. Visiting our website
The web server access logs record which pages were accessed and when. They contain the following data:
IP address, directory protection user, date, time, pages accessed, logs, status code, data volume, referrer, user agent, host name accessed.

The IP addresses are stored anonymously. To do this, the last one to three digits are removed, i.e., "127.0.0.1" becomes "127.0.0.0." IPv6 addresses are also anonymized accordingly. The anonymized IP addresses are stored for 60 days. Information about the directory protection user used is anonymized after one day.

 

3. Contact requests
If you send us a message via the contact form or by email, we process:

Purpose: Processing your request

We automatically delete stored emails after 30 days.

The mail logs for sending emails from the web environment are anonymized after one day and then retained for 60 days. During anonymization, all data relating to the sender, recipient, etc. is removed. Only the time of dispatch and information on technical processing (queue ID or not sent) remain.

 

4. Applications
We process application data exclusively for the purpose of the selection process.
Storage period: 6 months after completion of the process
If you would like to be included in our applicant pool, the data may be stored for up to 2 years.

We use Matomo and collect data anonymously.

Matomo
This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website. This allows us to determine, among other things, when page views occur and from which region they originate. We also collect various log files (e.g., IP address, referrer, browser used, and device type) and can measure whether website visitors perform certain actions (e.g., clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize the website and advertising. If consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

IP anonymization
We use IP anonymization for analysis with Matomo. This means that your IP address is truncated before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.

Cookie-free analysis
We have configured Matomo so that no cookies are stored in your browser.

We host Matomo with the following service provider:

We have concluded a contract for order processing (AVV) with the above-mentioned service provider. This ensures that the personal data of our website visitors is processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

10. Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential content, such as inquiries via the contact form.
You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in the browser line.
When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
