The BIOLOX® delta inserts are made of a mixed oxide ceramic and form the articulation partner for the BIOLOX® delta femoral heads. The inserts have to be connected to the compatible ic-acetabulum via taperlock.

  • BIOLOX® Option femoral heads with external diameters of 28mm (K-XL), 32mm (K-XL), 36mm (K-XL) and 40mm (K-XL)

BIOLOX® delta: Al2O3 and ZrO2 according to ISO 6474-2
BIOLOX® Option: Al2O3 and ZrO2 according to ISO 6474-2 and TiAl6V4 according to ISO 5832-3
