ACS® FB PS system
The ACS® FB PS system (PS = posterior stabilized) is used for the functional replacement of the posterior cruciate ligament. The presence of the femoral spindle and the PE-peg results in a posterior stabilization of the knee joint during articulation between femoral and tibial component.

- bicompartmental osteoarthritis with concurrent loss/damage of both cruciate ligaments
- intact collateral ligaments necessary
Materials:
implavit®; CoCrMo according to ISO 5832-4 (femoral and tibial components)
UHMW-PE according to ISO 5834-2 (PE-inserts)
implacross® E; crosslinked UHMW-PE with vitamin E (PE-inserts)
